Do they send a reminder before they increase the fine for the delay? Because I really don't believe that I deserve this fine! By the way, I live in the Netherlands and the car was a rental car (if it helps). The other question is that, what happens if I don't pay that. Now my question is that, if i can make a complain about it? because there was really no sign! After coming back to car, I saw a 36 euro fine because of parking in a forbidden area. At the end I thought it is ok to park there without any payment. NJ TRANSIT operates New Jerseys public transportation system. If there was any sign telling me that I have to pay, I was ok with that. I didn't see any sign including no parking or paying for parking. What happened in an alley I found some empty space and found it good to park. I was really ready for that and found different parkings to park. I already was aware that parking besides street is limited and should be payed.

There may be a short delay in service during driver shift changes. You must be at the stop when the shuttle arrives they can’t wait for you. Enter a phone number that can receive texts it’s how the app will contact you if needed. A dense network of garages (higher charges apply) is available in and around the city center. Low-cost parking is available on the edge of the city at Vienna's Park & Ride facilities from 3.60 per day. Click on View On-Demand Services and choose Mason Shuttles on Demand 
Masonvale (Patriot Circle across from Eastern Shore). Commerce Building (Side closest to Commerce building). On-Demand Shuttle does not operate in the summer. The shuttle does not serve the Arlington or Science & Technology campuses. The On-Demand shuttle cannot be scheduled in advance.

The shuttle is free for Mason students and employees with valid Mason IDs presented when boarding. Mason on-demand shuttle is a shared-ride service with designated pick-up and drop-off locations on the Fairfax Campus and at nearby locations off-campus.
